I see two Stork Subscription products. Which one should I purchase?


If you're looking to purchase the Stork Subscription as a gift, we recommend purchasing the Stork Gift Subscription, which is essentially an e-gift certificate that allows the recipient to purchase the subscription with all of their information for 100% off.


If you're looking to purchase for yourself, just skip all those other steps and purchase the Stork Subscription directly!


I need to make changes to my Stork Subscription. How do I do that?

Unlike our Athletic Club Membership, the Stork Subscription is a pre-paid subscription that requires manual changes, but we're happy to help. Please fill out this form with your information and what you'd like to change (address, ship date, etc.) and we'll take care of the rest!


I want to purchase the Stork Subscription as a gift for someone. How does it work?

Add the Stork Subscription Gift product to your cart


After you check out, you’ll receive an email with a gift code. This is the important part: you can either print it out and throw it in a card (for those IRL baby showers!) or forward the email directly to the recipient so they can use the link to schedule their subscription. Easy peasy.


I received a code for the Stork Subscription. How do I redeem it?

Easy. Add the Stork Subscription to your cart. 


During checkout, copy and paste (or type) your unique code into the "Discount code" section (note: do not enter this under the "Gift Card" section, as it is not a gift card)


Your cart should reflect to a $0 total so you can checkout with your gifted subscription!


Why does my Stork Subscription Membership show up as "Cancelled"?

Due to the way our system has to process pre-paid subscriptions (so you're not charged again), after the first purchase, the recurring charge for the subscription is "cancelled." However, that does not mean that your subscription itself is cancelled, and we will continue sending your products each month until the 9 months run out.

I purchased the Stork Gift Subscription and have not received the email yet containing the gift code.


The email containing the Stork Subscription details and redemption code can take 5-10 minutes to send after your purchase. If it has been over 10 minutes and you still have not received your email, please reach out and let us know!
