Account Activation/Log In Issues

Having trouble logging in to manage your Athletic Club subscription? 

Receiving an error message saying an account with your email does not exist or can't request a password reset?

Please try the following to access your account:

1. Search your email inbox to find an Activation Link email with the subject "Customer account activation." The email will look like the one below and when you click on the link you will be able to enter a password and then confirm it. This will then allow you to login and manage your account:

Still having problems after clicking on the link or can't find the account activation link in your inbox? 

Please try the following:

2. If when you click on the link above, you get the same message that your email or password is not recognized.. please use the following link to register your account:

Fill out your information and then you will see the notice, "We have sent an email to your email, please click the link included to verify your email address." This will then link your email to your membership account allowing you to login and manage it.

We recently changed our subscription management portal, which is now tied to your main Athletic Brewing account. Previously, it was directly through our subscription provider service, so there's a chance the way you logged in before will not work and you will need to activate your account with our new portal.
